Steganography is a one of the technique for information hiding. With the help of steganography people can communicate secretly. It involves communicating secret data in an appropriate multimedia carrier such as Text, Image, audio, and video files. The main motive of steganography is to ensure that the transmitted message is completely hidden inside the cover signal, and thereby ensuring that the message is accessible only by the intended receiver and not by any intruders or unauthorized parties. This review paper discusses state-of-the-art review and analysis of the different existing methods of steganography along with their strengths and weaknesses. This paper also provides a some common standards and guidelines drawn from the literature. |
